Benefits
Internships are integral to our undergraduate program, as each student must complete two full-time internships during the two summers before graduation. Benefits include:
- Growing Professional Networks
- Tangible Workplace Skills
- Applying Classroom Knowledge in Real World
- Reducing or Eliminating Student Debt
- Increased Hireability
Internships serve as a springboard to career success. Internship opportunities for students continue to grow as Thales College’s business network expands, offering a wide range of roles and prospective career paths to explore.
Our Internship and Career Readiness staff provides students with on resume writing, time management skills, workplace professionalism, and the students' pursuit of successful professional outcomes. We encourage independence during the application process and internship duties to build self-reliance.
