At Thales College, we operate on a rolling admissions process throughout the academic year. Decisions are made each week after a full review of the application and supporting documentation.

First-Year Student Admissions Process
Submit the Online Application
To apply for first-year student enrollment, please click the link below to start your application.
Additional materials required to apply:
- Official high school transcript(s)*
- Official standardized test scores (SAT, ACT, or CLT)*
- Official Dual Enrollment/AP/CLEP credit transcript(s) (if applicable)*
- One 250-word essay; prompt is provided in the online application
- Admissions Interview
- Upon the submission of an application, the Admissions team will contact you to schedule an interview
- All interviews will be held in-person when possible
*Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for initial admissions review. For DE/AP/CLEP credits, a transcript evaluation will take place to determine which courses are eligible to transfer.
Apply for Scholarship (Optional)
Thales College awards a variety of merit-based scholarships. Visit our Scholarship page for more information. Students are not required to apply for a scholarship to continue in the Thales College admissions process. If you plan to apply for a scholarship, please be sure to complete an admissions application first, prior to submitting a scholarship application.
Application Review and Decision
Upon receipt and review of your application and completion of your interview, Thales College may contact you to request additional supporting information for your admissions portfolio.
An official admissions decision letter and email will be sent approximately two weeks following your admissions interview.
Enrollment
If you are accepted, the next step is to secure your seat by paying an enrollment deposit and completing a student agreement form, which is included in your decision notice. We look forward to welcoming you to Thales College!

Early Acceptance Scholarship
The Early Acceptance Scholarship is a $2,000, one-time scholarship that is only applicable to tuition at Thales College.
Requirements
- Submit an undergraduate application (no additional application required)
- Complete an admission interview
- Accept offer of admission by December 15th
*Scholarship eligibility is based on acceptance to Thales College.
This scholarship award may be used in tandem with other Thales College scholarships.
